Associate Partner,  Performance and Technology Practice

Brian Dunn is a member of KPMG's Performance and Technology practice with a focus on IT-Enabled Business Transformation in large, complex organizations. He is also a member of KPMG's Global Consumer Markets industry practice.

Brian's current focus is on assisting organizations that have significant pre-existing enterprise resources planning (ERP) footprints and are undergoing significant change in an effort to unlock sustainable business performance. His key areas of expertise are ERP-enabled business transformation, sustainable cost reduction in IT-enabled environments, and lean policy and process harmonization.

With over 18 years of strategic IT and large-scale program experience, Brian has worked extensively as a seconded "trusted advisor" to CIOs and senior executives in major corporations. His industry experience ranges from Communications and High-Tech, to Food, Drink, and Consumer Goods (FDCG) and Manufacturing. Brian is currently pursing his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is fluent in English and French.
