Chris Jasper is a principal in KPMG’s Advisory Services practice and is based in Sacramento. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of experience in project management, project oversight, performance measurement, and organizational reviews.  He has managed teams providing oversight and independent verification and validation for complex statewide projects exceeding $1 billion in implementation costs and is currently leading the Independent Project Oversight Consulting team for development of a large state replacement core pension solution.  Chris also has experience in helping numerous state and local government clients develop improved project management practices and tools to improve their project effectiveness and to reduce risk.
