Janice Patrisso

Partner, National IFRS Leader, KPMG LLP

Janice is a partner in KPMG LLP and the national IFRS leader. In this role, she leads KPMG's national project management office and coordinates the firm's activities and resources related to IFRS. In addition, she serves as the director of KPMG's IFRS Institute.

Janice has over 27 years of experience in audit and advisory services. From 1990 to 1993, she served a three-year rotation in the firm's Department of Professional Practice. In 1996, she was admitted to the partnership in the audit practice and served on various large manufacturing and retail clients. She transferred to the firm's advisory practice in 1997, focusing on assisting organizations in assessing technology risks by performing business process analysis, and control and security reviews.

In 2005, Janice was appointed the Area Risk Management partner, overseeing advisory services for the northeast. She has also served as the Sarbanes-Oxley resource partner on large consumer markets, telecommunications, and manufacturing clients. Janice was the national product champion for eAssurance services, and, for more than 20 years, has been a national instructor for the firm.

Janice earned a B.S. degree in accounting at Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
