Keisuke "KC" Yorihiro brings 24 years of management, advisory and audit experience to his role as a partner in KPMG's Advisory Services practice.

Since the early 1990s, KC has assisted many of Japan's leading companies in implementing and enhancing internal controls, risk and compliance management, and internal audit functions. He is one of the most influential Japanese bilingual partners at KPMG.

KC began his professional career in the Tokyo office of KPMG (then known as Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co) in 1985. He moved to KPMG's New York Office in 1988 and was admitted to the partnership of KPMG LLP in 1995. During this time, he served as audit partner to U.S. operations of major Japanese companies.

From 2000 to 2002, KC was on rotational assignment to KPMG Japan, where he led engagements supporting leading Japanese financial institutions and manufacturers in integrating operations, enhancing internal audit function, and listing stocks in overseas stock exchanges.

He also assisted the Japanese government in enhancing supervision of financial institutions and studying issues to be addressed to enhance financial reporting at Japanese companies.
