Lorna Stark is a partner in KPMG’s Government Advisory Services practice, focusing on state and local government, higher education, and not-for-profit entities. Lorna has provided audit and advisory services to prominent government clients that include the City of New York, the State of New York, and New Jersey.

Lorna leads KPMG's National Health Insurance Exchange Task Force, helping to ensure KPMG teams across the United States have the most current information and resources to assist clients in planning and establishing health insurance exchanges. She also leads Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island teams in providing insurance exchange planning.

Lorna is a registered CPA in New York State and New Jersey. She is a member of the AICPA, New York State Society of CPAs, and Association of Government Accountants and a graduate of the State University of New York, Albany.
