Director, People and Change Practice

Tricia is a Director in KPMG's People and Change practice and provides change management guidance to organizations in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, consumer and industrial markets, healthcare, and high-tech.

Tricia has more than 20 years of experience in assisting clients in analyzing business needs and identifying and developing performance improvement opportunities to support the achievement of business goals. She has developed stakeholder management plans, performed job impact analyses, designed communication strategies, and created learning programs related to systems implementations, audit methodology and procedures, employee on-boarding practices, regulatory compliance, and US GAAP to IFRS conversions.

Tricia has led numerous talent development engagements providing her clients with access to learning opportunities in an environment that supports the ongoing development of skills and capabilities. This approach has included establishing clear communication of expectations; consistent approaches to methodology, policies, and procedures, and comprehensive methods of accountability and measurement. Tricia is experienced in numerous communications and training delivery mediums, including website development, classroom training, simulations, web-based self-study, video-conferencing, podcasting, and other distance learning technologies.
