Scott is a senior Audit partner in KPMG's Dallas office and is currently the KPMG IFRS Audit lead partner for the United States.

He has been the lead assurance engagement partner on numerous multinational-national SEC Registrants and has been involved in numerous significant transactions and initial public offerings.

Scott has been an Audit partner in the Department of Professional Practice since 1994 and has approximately 27 years of experience in public accounting. Scott maintains the internal designation of SEC Reviewing Partner. This designation is given to a selected group of partners who have shown expertise in the various areas of accounting technical issues and SEC filings.
