Scott is a member of KPMG's Global Financial Services and Insurance Leadership Teams.  He has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries and is an SEC Reviewing Partner. Those responsibilities include consulting with engagement teams and clients on accounting, auditing, or other matters and resolving issues with the SEC.

Scott has served as KPMG's lead partner for several large multi-national companies.  He most recently completed a five-year rotation as the lead engagement partner for a large insurance and financial services firm.

He also regularly advises some of KPMG's largest financial services clients.
