Tax Partner, KPMG LLP

Bill is a Tax Partner in KPMG's Boston Federal Tax practice, as well as the New England Professional Practice Partner, Partner In Charge of the International FAS 109 practice and also co-chairs the U.S. FAS 109 resource network.  He has more than 32 years of experience in tax planning and risk management.

Bill has significant experience addressing the needs of both publicly and privately held technology, manufacturing and distribution companies.  He advises multinational companies on a variety of tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing techniques and accounting for income taxes.  He also served as the Partner in Charge of KPMG's United Kingdom Tax Center of Excellence in London.
